ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add zucchini. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes in Bundt pan or 13x9 pan. Cool Bundt pan 30 minutes before removing.

FROSTING:

2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together powdered sugar, butter and vanilla.
