ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sour milk
Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp.
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. pecans

Cream sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla and milk. Then add dry ingredients. Mix with a mixer. Then add pecans, zucchini, chocolate chips. Fold or stir in. Put into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can also be used in a 9 x 13 pan.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
2 or 3 tbsp. hot water

Stir and spoon over sides and top of cake. Can use regular icing.
