GARDEN MOLD 
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. pared shredded cucumbers, drained
1 c. thinly sliced celery
3 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Celery leaves

Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened but not set. Stir in cucumber, celery, onion, and salt. Pour into 4 cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on celery leaves or lettuce leaves. 6 servings.
