SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 to 2 fryers, cut up
Nance's mustard
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 jar Russian dressing (low cal is O.K.)

Put chicken in low roasting pan. Cover pieces with mustard. Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl. Cover all the chicken with this and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until well done. Serve with rice.
