GERALD'S MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. lean ground round
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
8 crackers, crumbled
Half and half
1 (303) can tomatoes
Prepared mustard

Put cracker crumbs in bowl and cover with half and half. Let stand in icebox until ready to mix meat loaf. Put ground round, bell pepper and onions, salt and pepper to taste, crackers soaked in half and half, and 2 tomatoes out of can (combine). Make loaf. Top with prepared mustard and pour juice from canned tomatoes over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
