SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes, raw and grated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Save eggs until last, and blend in slowly. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
