CRANBERRY BAVARIAN CREAM 
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream

Place cranberry juice and marshmallows in a saucepan, heating until marshmallows are soft. Stir until smooth and take off stove. Add lemon juice and cranberry sauce, which have been mixed together. Chill until mixture thickens. Whip heavy cream until it is thick and holds a peak, and then fold into chilled and thickened cranberry mixture. If possible, use a crystal bowl to pour into and chill until set.
