FROZEN CRANBERRY CREAM SALAD 
1 c. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. nuts
2 tbsp. sugar

Blender-whip cream. Remove to large mixing bowl and add pineapple. Blend cranberry sauce until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sugar, cheese and blend well. Add nuts and blend just until chopped. Fold into whipped cream and pineapple.

Freeze in individual servings in paper-lined muffin cups (or in a shallow dish (about 9x13) and cut into squares at serving time. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 14-16. (May be served as salad or dessert.)

3 packets of Nutra Sweet or Equal may be substituted for sugar.
