FUDGE CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 2/3 c. Pet milk
2 tbsp. butter

Have ready 9 inch pie crust (baked). Mix flour, sugar, cocoa in a 2 quart sauce pan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Stir a small amount of hot mixture into egg yolks until all have been mixed. Return egg chocolate mixture to stove. Cook and stir until very thick. Take from heat, stir in pecans, butter and vanilla. Cool for 5 minutes. Spread in pie shell. Cover with meringue made from whites of eggs and 5 tablespoons sugar. Brown in oven.
