3 c. grated sweet potatoes (about 3 med.)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cane syrup
3 eggs
2 c. sweet milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and place in greased baking dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Stir once. Top with nuts.
