ITALIAN CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. butter
4 chicken breasts
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. parsley
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breast. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove to shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole or baking dish. Add green pepper, onion and garlic to skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes.
