MARINATED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 chicken breasts

Combine all dry and liquid ingredients. Pour over chicken breasts. Microwave on high power approximately 15-20 minutes, turning both meat and dish occasionally.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
