MARINATED CHICKEN | |
2 broiler chickens or 4 lbs. chicken breasts 1/2 c. dry sherry 2/3 c. salad oil (Good Seasons Italian) 2 envelopes Good Seasons garlic and herb salad dressing Combine oil, seasoning mix, and sherry and mix well. If using broiler chickens, split in half lengthwise. Pour marinade over chicken in a shallow baking dish. Refrigerate covered overnight, turning once or twice to coat well. Grill over slow coals for 20 to 30 minutes on each side or until done. |
