ITALIAN CHICKEN 
3 1/2 - 4 lbs. chicken
1 onion, sliced
1 1/4 c. water & red wine
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Flour & seasoning
1 1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ripe olives, drained

Brown chicken, that has been rolled in flour and seasoning, in oil. Remove from pan and place in baking dish. Saute onion in drippings. Add all the other ingredients except olives to onion mixture. Stir until mixed. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees. Add olives last 1/2 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
