CHICKEN BALLS 
1 c. diced chicken
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. chicken base
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped

Blend the first four ingredients well. Shape two teaspoon of mixture into ball. Roll balls in nuts. Chill. NOTE: Try filling sauteed mushroom caps with this mixture. Serves 25.
