TURKEY OR CHICKEN CHEESE BALL 
1 sm. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1-2 c. cooked ground turkey or chicken
3/4 c. ground almonds, toasted
1/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
3 tbsp. (major gray chestney), chopped fine, optional
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped or minced parsley

Boil white meat about 2 whole breasts in water, carrots, onion and celery. Combine all ingredients together except parsley. Chill at least 5 hours. Shape into 2 balls. Roll in minced parsley. Put in baggies. Serve with crackers. This freezes well.
