BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
3 bananas
1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream

Cover bottom of 11 x 15 inch pan with crumbs, reserving 1 cup for top. Slice bananas and layer over crumbs. Slice ice cream in 1/2 inch slices so each slice has 3 flavors. Place over bananas. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze until firm.

Melt chocolate chips; add powdered sugar and milk. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Cool, then pour over ice cream. Freeze until firm. Whip cream, then spread over chocolate layer. Top with reserved crumbs. Store in freezer. Remove 10 minutes before serving. Absolutely yummy! Keeps for weeks in freezer. Serves 25.
