1/2 c. peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes (approximately) at 350 degrees.
