LIVER PATE 
1 lb. liver sausage
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. pickle juice (dill)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. dill pickle, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion

Mash liver sausage with fork. Blend with mayonnaise, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and cream cheese. Chill until firm. Serve as a spread for crackers.
