CHERRY DELIGHT 
2 sticks butter, melted
2 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. Cool Whip (12 oz. size)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box 10x confectioners' sugar
1 can cherry pie filling

Melt 2 sticks butter in long Pyrex dish. Mix 2 cups plain flour and 1 cup chopped nuts together and pour melted butter into flour and nuts. Pat out in Pyrex dish like crust and bake until brown in 350 degree oven. Let cool.

Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together with mixer. Spread over crust. Spread 1 can cherry pie filling over cream cheese and sugar mixture. Refrigerate.
