MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pinch off a bit of dough and roll into a ball the size of a walnut. Lay on floured pan (not greased) with space between balls. Bake at 325 degrees until light brown. COOL. Roll in powdered sugar (about 15 minutes).
