OVEN BAKED CHICKEN 
Measure 1/2 cup of Skinny Shake and put in a heavy paper bag. Moisten the pieces of chicken with water and shake a few pieces at a time. Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a single layer on a non-stick pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Chicken will seem dry for first 20 minutes but turns crisp and perfect.

Basic Skinny Shake makes enough to coat 20 cut up chicken pieces or 30 servings of fish. Empty 16 ounces of bread crumbs in a deep bowl (about 4 cupfuls dry measure) and stir in 1/2 cup of vegetable oil with a fork or pastry blender until evenly distributed. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon celery salt, and 1 tablespoon pepper.
