PARMESAN CHICKEN 
6 to 8 Oregon Fryer (of course) chicken parts
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley flakes, garlic powder and salt in small bowl. Melt butter. Dip chicken parts into butter, then roll in dry crumb mixture.

Arrange in a baking dish, adding any remaining melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
