CHEESE GRITS 
1 c. grits reg. or instant, cooked as directed in salted water
1 roll garlic cheese
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter
2 eggs, well beaten
Dash of pepper

Add garlic cheese roll and butter. Beat eggs, cheddar cheese, and pepper and add it all to the grits. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Bake in a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
