CHEESEBURGER PIE 
Pastry for 9" pie crust
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

In a skillet brown beef, onion and pepper. Drain excess fat and blend with all remaining ingredients except pastry. Line 9" pie plate with pastry.

Pour meat mixture into pan and spread with following topping bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.

CHEESE TOPPING:

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Beat egg and milk together. Stir in remaining ingredients.
