LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/2 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix & 3/4 c. milk

Stir 1 (3 ounce) package of cream cheese until very soft. Blend in 1/4 cup milk until smooth. Add 3/4 cup milk and 1/2 package lemon instant pudding mix. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute. Pour at once into cooled baked crust. Chill 1 hour.
