PINEAPPLE DIP | |
1 pineapple 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. scallion tops, finely sliced Cut pineapple in half crosswise and remove meat from the bottom half making a shell to be used later. Cut pineapple meat into cubes removing the seeded middle pieces. Mix together and cream cheese, milk, scallion, Cheddar cheese and refrigerate. Use the top of the pineapple and slice in order to get the most meat possible. Cut into chunks and chill. Allow cream cheese mix in pineapple to soften again before serving for about 15 minutes. |
