FRESH FRUIT AMBROSIA 
2 bananas, sliced
2 c. orange sections
1/2 c. grapes cut in half
1/2 c. chopped dates
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 c. flaked coconut

Combine bananas, oranges, grapes, and dates. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chill. Drain fruit. Combine whipped cream and mayonnaise, stir into fruit and coconut. Serves 4 to 6.
