FRUIT AMBROSIA 
1 (0.8 oz.) pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding
2 c. 1% low fat milk
2 c. frozen non-dairy whipped cream, thawed
1 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 banana, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Prepare pudding according to package directions using 2 cups 1% low fat milk (chill). Thaw strawberries and raspberries and drain. Fold thawed whipped cream topping into pudding. Add fruit and mix GENTLY; chill. 6 servings.
