1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
5 c. apples, bite size
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together well. Batter will be thick. Do not grease the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
