TUNA AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice, lightly salted
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (green)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
2 cans drained tuna
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped

Cook rice until done. Add drained tuna, bell pepper (red and green), mushroom soup, and milk. Stir in onion. Place in casserole dish and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
