8 potatoes, quartered and pan boiled
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic and paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Coat parboiled potatoes with oil, place in pan. Mix cheese and spices. Sprinkle over top and bake.
