BAKED CHICKEN SALAD | |
3 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut up 4 hard boiled eggs, cut up coarsely 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 c. frozen peas, cooked 2 to 4 minutes and drained 1 pkg. Spartan cashew halves or splits 2/3 c. mayonnaise 5 oz. chow mein noodles Mix and put in buttered casserole dish, 9 x 12 inches or slightly smaller. Sprinkle small can chow mein noodles on top, 5 ounces or less. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven until it bubbles. (Can be made a day ahead.) |
