PANNEKOEKEN (PANCAKES) 
12 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Beat eggs to a froth, add milk and salt. Slowly stirring, pour in flour. Cook very thin layers on buttered griddle, toss up to turn. Roll up with butter and brown sugar or serve with maple syrup. These are delicious. Pancakes are almost always used for dessert in the Netherlands.
