CRANBERRY TULIP SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nuts
3 diced med. bananas
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. cranberry sauce

Beat cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt together. Add pineapple, nuts and bananas. Whip the heavy cream. Fold cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream. Next fold in the cranberry sauce. Turn into a mold that has been rinsed in cold water. Freeze at least 3 hours before serving.

A glass baking dish will work just as well as a mold. 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese can be used instead of the 3 (3 ounce) package.
