NEVER FAIL FROSTING - CHOCOLATE 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Boil butter, milk and sugar together rapidly for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips, remove from heat and stir until chips are melted. Watch carefully as this hardens rapidly. Frost cake.
