YEAST ROLLS 
1/2 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 dry yeast cakes
5 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. salt
5-7 c. flour
2 c. milk

In a large bowl put 3 cups of flour and yeast; stir. In a saucepan put butter, milk, sugar and salt. Heat to lukewarm to touch. Add liquid to flour mixture alternating with beaten eggs. Gradually add more flour until soft dough is formed. Knead with more flour until dough becomes elastic. Place dough in a large greased bowl and let it rise until doubled in bulk. Punch down and form rolls. Let rise until doubled in bulk again. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy.
