WILD RICE OLE | |
2 (6 oz.) boxes long grain & wild rice mix 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Jack cheese, grated 1 sm. can diced Ortega chilies 4 tbsp. sour cream Prepare rice according to package directions. After rice is done, blend in sour cream. In a shallow dish, layer rice mixture. Sprinkle chilies, then sprinkle a handful of cheese. Continue layering, repeating method until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. |
