EASY SWEET PICKLES 
1 qt. fresh pack Kosher dills
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water

Drain and rinse dill pickles. Cut in chunks or strips. Cook sugar, vinegar, and water 5 minutes; pour over pickles in jar. Add sliced onion on top. Cure overnight.
