CHEESE STUFFED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken breasts, skinned and boned
4 slices Jack cheese (3 x 1 inch)
1 egg
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granuales
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Cut a pocket in breast for Jack cheese. Beat egg, Parmesan, parsley, and bouillon with dash of pepper. Coat chicken with flour; dip in egg mixture. Brown in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes each side. Place in 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees 8-10 minutes.
