OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST 
6 slices white bread
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Arrange bread on well buttered baking dish (Corning or metal). Mix other ingredients together. Pour over bread, turning and soaking each slice. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve with syrup or 10X sugar. Great when you have guests. No fuss. Just put in the oven and read the paper!
