BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 sm. sweet onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated or cubed Cheddar cheese
1 lb. crisp bacon (or less)
(May use turkey bacon)

Clean broccoli and chop into bite-size pieces. Chop onion, fry bacon (or bake) until crisp. Drain and crumble. Combine all ingredients.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. Miracle Whip (light)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. wine vinegar

Mix well. Pour dressing over salad just before serving. Serves 8.
