CASSEROLE ITALIANO 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/3 c. water
2 c. cooked noodles
2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella, shredded

Brown beef, onion, garlic and seasonings; drain fat. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine beef mix with soup, water, and noodles. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
