3 c. water
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour, mixed in 1 c. water

Combine first five ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
