RAINBOW IN A CLOUD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello brand gelatin, any flavor
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/3 c. Birds Eye Cool Whip Non Dairy Whipped Topping, thawed

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and pour into 8 inch pan (square). Chill until firm, at least 3 hours. Then cut into cubes, using sharp knife which has been dipped into hot water. To remove cubes from pan quickly dip pan into hot water. Remove with a spatula. Spoon about 1/3 cup of Cool Whip into each of 4 dessert glasses. Using back of spoon makes depression in center and spread topping up sides of glasses. Spoon gelatin cubes into topping lined glasses. Chill. Makes 4 servings.
