ICE CREAM CLOUD | |
2 tubes Ritz crackers 1 stick butter 2 sm. packs Jello instant pudding (your choice of flavor) 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 gal. ice cream (vanilla) 1 sm. container Cool Whip Crush crackers and mix with melted butter, saving 1/2 cup for top. Pat into dish or container. Mix pudding with milk, add ice cream, mixing well together. Put over cracker mixture. Put in refrigerator to set at least a few hours. Top with Cool Whip, then top with the 1/2 cup reserved cracker mix. |
