STRAWBERRY SPECIAL 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
3 firm bananas
2 graham cracker crusts
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can (14 oz.) Pet evaporated milk, ice cold

Place can milk in refrigerator until ice cold. Bring pineapple to boil in pot. Remove from heat. Add Jello (dry), sugar and nuts. Stir until dissolved. Put in ice box until gels. Slice strawberries and bananas. Set aside and whip milk. Whip until stiff. Fold in strawberries, bananas and pineapple mixture. Pour into graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate. Whip cream can be added as topping.
