FRIED RICE 
1/2 lb. bacon
3-4 lg. chicken breasts, boned, skinned & cut into bite-size pieces
3 c. cooked rice
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 can bamboo shoots
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
1 pkg. fried rice seasoning

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from grease and fry chicken in grease until done. Push chicken to one side and fry egg. Add cooked rice, mushrooms, seasonings, soy sauce and bamboo shoots. Stir until well mixed. Sprinkle peas on top, cover and heat on low until heated well. Sprinkle with bacon; serve hot.
