STUFFED TROUT, COD OR HALIBUT 
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. chopped onion
3 tbsp. chopped celery
4 c. bread, cubed
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. parsley

Cook onion and celery in butter; add to the rest open fish and fill. Bake at 375 degrees with foil tent.
