SHERATON HALIBUT 
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 tbsp. horseradish
juice from 1/2 to 1 lemon
Wheat Thins crackers

Combine all ingredients and place over halibut in a shallow baking dish. Crush Wheat Thins crackers over the top.

Bake at 425°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
